What payment methods do you accept?
At BarFlex, you can complete your purchase using all major credit and debit cards, or via PayPal Express Checkout.
Please note that we do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you make a purchase on BarFlex using your credit card, all of your information is entered on a secure SSL web page.
Your data is then SSL encrypted and securely transmitted to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorized and approved.
We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.
Tracking numbers are usually provided the day after your order leaves our warehouse.

How do I return my order?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions if the return is approved.

All returned products must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
